Who to contact

Creative Wallpapers uses creativewallpapers.support@gmail.com for support and privacy requests. Adam Arts LLC operates Creative Wallpapers and is the contact organization responsible for this notice.

Data used by the app

If you sign in, we process your email address, account identifier and authentication/session information. Supabase provides authentication, the wallpaper catalog, protected file delivery and server functions. Resend delivers sign-in emails, including the email address and the one-time code or link needed to sign in. Never send a password or sign-in code to support.

Favorites, recently viewed wallpapers, download history and language preferences are stored on your device. Session credentials and cached content also remain on the device as needed to operate the app. The app saves only wallpapers you choose to download to your photo library; it does not need to read your existing photo library.

Purchases and Premium

When subscriptions are available, Apple or Google processes payment. RevenueCat handles subscription identifiers, transaction and entitlement information using your app account ID. Our server checks subscription status to authorize protected downloads. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Purchase and account records may remain with the store under its own policies.

Advertising and consent

Internal test builds use Google test advertisements. Live advertising is currently disabled in the production configuration. If live ads are introduced, Google AdMob may process device/advertising identifiers, IP address, ad interactions and diagnostic information as described in Google’s policies and applicable consent choices. The app requests eligible consent before loading configured ads and provides privacy options where available. Verified Premium users do not receive advertisements. Store privacy disclosures and this notice must reflect the final advertising configuration before launch.

Security, retention and sharing

Service providers receive information needed to run authentication, email delivery, purchases, hosting and file delivery. Requests and security logs can include IP address, timestamps, request metadata and account identifiers. Rate-limit identifiers are derived on the server. Data is kept as needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, resolve purchase issues and meet legal obligations; provider logs, backups and store records can have separate retention periods. Processing may occur outside your country.

Original and Professional 4K files are protected by server authorization and short-lived download links. No security measure is absolute. Do not share account access or private download links.

Your choices and deletion

You can use the app’s account-deletion action when signed in, or contact the support address to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify control of your account. Deleting the app account does not cancel an Apple/Google subscription or automatically remove photos you saved to your device. See the deletion instructions below. Some records may be retained where legally required. Privacy rights vary by location.

Children and changes

Creative Wallpapers is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact support. Material changes to this notice will be reflected on this page before they take effect.

تُحفظ المفضلة والمشاهدات الأخيرة وسجل التنزيل واختيار اللغة على جهازك، إلى جانب بيانات الجلسة والمحتوى المؤقت اللازم لتشغيل التطبيق. يحفظ التطبيق الصور التي تختار تنزيلها فقط، ولا يحتاج لقراءة الصور الموجودة في مكتبتك.

المشتريات وPremium

عند إتاحة الاشتراكات تعالج Apple أو Google الدفع. تعالج RevenueCat بيانات الاشتراك والمعاملة والاستحقاق باستخدام معرّف حساب التطبيق. يتحقق خادمنا من الاشتراك للسماح بالتنزيل المحمي. لا نتلقى تفاصيل بطاقتك الكاملة. قد يحتفظ المتجر بسجلات الشراء وفق سياساته.

الإعلانات والموافقة

تستخدم نسخ الاختبار إعلانات Google التجريبية. الإعلانات الحقيقية معطلة حاليًا في إعداد الإنتاج. إذا أُضيفت، فقد تعالج AdMob معرّفات الجهاز والإعلان وعنوان IP والتفاعل مع الإعلان وبيانات التشخيص، وفق سياسات Google وخيارات الموافقة المطلوبة. يطلب التطبيق الموافقة المؤهلة قبل تحميل الإعلانات المضبوطة، ويوفر خيارات الخصوصية عند إتاحتها. لا تُعرض الإعلانات لمشتركي Premium المؤكدة حالتهم. يجب مطابقة هذه الصفحة وإفصاحات المتاجر مع الإعداد النهائي قبل الإطلاق.

الأمان والاحتفاظ والمشاركة

تتلقى الجهات المزودة للخدمة البيانات اللازمة لتسجيل الدخول والبريد والمشتريات والاستضافة وتسليم الملفات. قد تشمل سجلات الطلبات والأمان عنوان IP والوقت وبيانات الطلب ومعرّف الحساب. تُشتق معرّفات تحديد معدل الطلبات على الخادم. نحتفظ بالبيانات حسب الحاجة لتقديم الخدمة ومنع إساءة الاستخدام وحل مشكلات الشراء والالتزامات القانونية. قد تختلف مدد الاحتفاظ بسجلات المزودين ونسخهم الاحتياطية وسجلات المتاجر، وقد تُعالج البيانات خارج بلدك.

تخضع الملفات الأصلية وProfessional 4K للتحقق على الخادم وروابط تنزيل قصيرة الصلاحية. لا توجد وسيلة أمان مطلقة. لا تشارك حسابك أو روابط التنزيل الخاصة.

خياراتك والحذف

يمكن طلب حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق بعد تسجيل الدخول، أو التواصل مع الدعم لطلبات الوصول والتصحيح والحذف. قد نطلب التحقق من ملكية الحساب. حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراك Apple أو Google ولا يحذف تلقائيًا الصور المحفوظة على جهازك. راجع تعليمات الحذف أدناه. قد نحتفظ بما يلزم قانونًا، وتختلف حقوق الخصوصية باختلاف مكان الإقامة.

الأطفال والتحديثات

Personal use of wallpapers

Available wallpapers may be downloaded for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, repackage or claim ownership of the artwork, or bypass access restrictions. Availability, measured resolution and Premium eligibility vary by wallpaper. Professional 4K is available only when a companion file is provided; not every wallpaper has one.

Accounts

Keep your email account and sign-in credentials secure. Do not share one-time codes, misuse another person’s account, abuse the service or attempt to extract protected originals. You remain responsible for permissions and storage on your device. Service and catalog availability may change.

Subscriptions, when offered

Premium provides eligible exclusive content and removes ads. Monthly and annual plans are intended; no Lifetime plan or introductory free trial is currently planned. Approved US base prices are $4.99 per month and $29.99 per year. The store’s displayed local price, tax, billing period and purchase confirmation govern the actual offer. Subscription availability depends on the app and store configuration; this website does not sell subscriptions.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple or Google account before renewal under the store’s terms. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refund eligibility are handled by the store. Canceling normally stops the next renewal; access continues until the paid period ends unless the store revokes/refunds it. Use Restore Purchases when available with the appropriate store and app accounts. An account deletion or uninstall does not cancel a subscription.

Rights, service and contact

Use the service lawfully and respect others’ rights. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights. These terms do not promise that every image, feature or resolution will always be available. For technical issues or rights concerns, contact creativewallpapers.support@gmail.com. Store terms and, where applicable, Apple’s standard app license also apply.

الحساب

حافظ على أمان بريدك وبيانات الدخول. لا تشارك رموز الدخول، ولا تستخدم حساب غيرك أو تسيء استخدام الخدمة أو تحاول استخراج الملفات المحمية. أنت مسؤول عن أذونات جهازك ومساحة التخزين. قد تتغير الخدمة والمجموعة المتاحة.

الاشتراكات عند إتاحتها

يوفر Premium المحتوى الحصري المؤهل وإزالة الإعلانات. الخطتان المقصودتان شهرية وسنوية، دون Lifetime ودون تجربة مجانية أولية. السعر الأساسي الأمريكي المعتمد 4.99 دولار شهريًا أو 29.99 دولار سنويًا. يسري السعر المحلي والضريبة وفترة الفوترة وتأكيد الشراء الظاهر في المتجر. تتوقف إتاحة الاشتراك على إعداد التطبيق والمتجر؛ لا يبيع هذا الموقع الاشتراكات.

Email creativewallpapers.support@gmail.com. Include your device model, iOS/Android version, app version and a short description of the problem. A screenshot can help; hide private information first. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card details or private purchase credentials.

For a missing purchase, first confirm the correct store account and try Restore Purchases when the feature is available. For billing, cancellation and refund requests, use your store account. For wallpaper-rights concerns, identify the specific image and provide contact information and supporting details.

1. Open Creative Wallpapers and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile / Account, choose Delete account and follow the confirmation shown in the app.
3. If you cannot access the app, email creativewallpapers.support@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject “Account deletion request”. Do not include a sign-in code.

Account deletion removes the app login and associated account data covered by the deletion process. Billing-profile removal and any provider/legal retention are handled according to the privacy notice and service configuration. Support may need to verify ownership before acting. Store purchase records, existing subscriptions and photos already saved to your device are separate: cancel renewal through Apple/Google and remove saved photos yourself if desired. Owner/admin accounts require separate administrative handling.

يحذف الإجراء تسجيل الدخول والبيانات المرتبطة المشمولة بعملية الحذف. تُعالج إزالة ملف الفوترة وأي احتفاظ لدى المزودين أو بموجب القانون وفق سياسة الخصوصية وإعداد الخدمة. قد يلزم التحقق من ملكية الحساب. سجلات المتجر والاشتراكات والصور المحفوظة على جهازك منفصلة: ألغِ التجديد من Apple أو Google واحذف الصور بنفسك إن رغبت. تحتاج حسابات المالك والإدارة إلى إجراء إداري منفصل.
